Master (Vessel) for Singaporean only

Job responsibilities

1. He is in charge of the entire vessel and ensures safe navigation of the vessel and its cargo onboard within Singapore port limits.

2. Strictly following MPA regulations, its code of conduct and reporting.

3. He has to follow project SOP and ensure cargo is loaded and unloaded safely and swiftly.

4. He is responsible to delegate duties of all crews and vessel maintenance, including planning schedule for hours of work and rest.

5. He has to perform regular checks on life-saving and fire-fighting equipment to make sure it is functioning properly.

6. He has to strictly follows safety regulation so as to ensure safety of his crews and vessels.

7. His responsibilities include administrating on-board compliant procedure and ensure seafarers

have appropriate health protection and access to medical care on board and on shore.

1. He has to ensure that none of his crews carry out illegal smuggling activities especially cigarettes and liquor.

Requirements

1. MPA Module One certificate / Port Limit Special Grade certificate

2. MPA 2nd Class and above certificates

3. MPA Manning Licence.

4. Willing to stay onboard vessel, must be fit and healthy.

5. Valid medical report

6. Experience onboard vessel more than 3788GT.
