Master Planner

Job Summary

The Master Planner is responsible for end-to-end production planning, scheduling, and material coordination to ensure smooth manufacturing operations and on-time delivery. This role will work cross-functionally with Sales, Program Management, Procurement, and Engineering teams to align supply with demand in a high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop and maintain detailed production schedules to support manufacturing output and customer demand

· Plan and release work orders (WO) based on production and engineering requirements

· Manage short-term production planning, including rolling 10-day production plans

· Partner with Sales and Program teams to align on order demand, priorities, and schedule changes

· Coordinate with Procurement to ensure timely material availability

· Lead daily shipment and production meetings to ensure on-time delivery

· Work closely with logistics partners to coordinate shipment schedules

· Manage urgent requests, pull-ins, and schedule adjustments in a dynamic environment

· Provide forecast visibility and support demand planning activities

· Identify new customer requirements and integrate them into production and shipping plans

· Track and support departmental KPIs related to delivery, planning accuracy, and efficiency

· Ensure documentation and processes comply with internal standards and ISO requirements

· Support continuous improvement initiatives across planning and operations

Requirements

· Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field

· 5–8 years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or supply chain within a manufacturing environment

· Strong understanding of production planning, material flow, and scheduling processes

· Experience in high-mix, high-volume manufacturing environments is preferred

· Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems and planning tools

· Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills across cross-functional teams

· Ability to work in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
