Oversee the day-to-day technical, operational, and commercial performance of assigned LPG/Ethylene/Ethane carriers.
Ensure compliance with international maritime regulations, including ISM, SOLAS, MARPOL, and ISPS, while preparing vessels for PSC, Flag State, and SIRE/vetting inspections.
Provide operational support to Masters, with a strong focus on cargo operations, including cargo containment systems, cooling plants, and loading/discharging operations for LPG and ethylene cargoes.
Lead incident investigations, conduct root cause analyses, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Work closely with the Crewing Department to support crew development, competency management, and effective vessel manning.
Drive continuous improvement in vessel safety, reliability, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance.

sBachelor's Degree in Marine (or equivalent)
