Massage Therapist

About the Role

We are looking for a professionaland committed TCM / Wellness Therapist to join our growingteam. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality therapeutictreatments, ensuring excellent customer experience and supporting the overalloperations of the wellness centre.

Key Responsibilities

. Provide a variety of TCM and wellness massage services including TCMTuina, Sports Massage, Pre-Natal and Post-Natal Massage
. Assess clients conditions and customise appropriate treatment plans
. Apply suitable techniques to relieve pain, muscle tension, stress and fatigue
. Explain treatment procedures and benefits clearly to customers
. Engage with customers professionally during therapy sessions
. Handle customer queries and concerns politely and efficiently
. Ensure client comfort, safety and satisfaction at all times
. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of treatment rooms, equipment and common areas
. Prepare treatment products, manage towel supply and assist with stock replenishment
. Follow clinic SOPs and comply with instructions given by the Manager
. Support daily clinic operations and teamwork

Requirements

. Minimum recognised certification in Massage Therapy / TCM Therapy (ITEC / CIBTAC / CIDESCO / NITEC / WSQ or equivalent)
. At least 3 years of relevant working experience as a therapist
. Able to communicate in both English and Chinese (for effective communication with Chinese-speaking customers)
. Positive attitude, self-motivated, disciplined, and well-groomed
. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
. Service-oriented with high standards of professionalism
. Wellness Centre requires Female Therapistto do body massage for female customers
. Able to work on weekends and public holidays
