Job Scope / Responsibilities:
1. Provide Professional Massage Treatments
. Perform various massage techniques such as Swedish, Thai, Aromatherapy, Deep Tissue, and Foot Reflexology based on customer needs and company service offerings.
. Tailor massage sessions to address client requests, tension areas, or specific therapeutic goals.
. Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality massage treatments in line with spa standards.
2. Customer Care and Service
. Greet clients professionally and ensure their comfort before, during, and after the session.
. Explain treatment procedures and benefits to customers.
. Maintain confidentiality and uphold high standards of hygiene and professionalism.
3. Preparation and Cleanliness
. Prepare treatment rooms with appropriate products, towels, and equipment before each session.
. Clean and sanitize treatment areas, massage tools, and linens after each use.
. Maintain an organized and relaxing environment for clients.
4. Health and Safety Compliance
. Follow all workplace safety and hygiene protocols as required by health authorities.
. Report any client health issues or contraindications before performing treatments.
. Ensure all products and oils used are within expiry and safe for use.
5. Teamwork and Operations
. Work closely with receptionists and spa managers to coordinate client schedules.
. Support daily operations such as stock checking, replenishment of oils and towels, and equipment maintenance.
. Participate in staff training and skill improvement sessions when required.
6. Professional Development
. Stay updated with new massage techniques, wellness trends, and customer care practices.
. Maintain valid certifications or licenses required by the relevant authorities (e.g., Singapore Police Licensing Division if applicable).
