Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Oversee daily operations of the massage centre, including staff deployment, scheduling, performance management, and operational efficiency.
Ensure full compliance with all applicable Singapore laws and regulations, including Police Licensing & Regulatory Department (PLRD) requirements, MOM employment regulations, and other relevant authorities.
Liaise directly with government agencies such as PLRD, MOM, IRAS, and local authorities on licensing, inspections, audits, and compliance matters.
Develop, implement, and enforce internal policies, SOPs, and compliance procedures to ensure proper conduct of operations and staff.
Supervise therapists and support staff, including recruitment, training, discipline, and performance evaluation.
Handle sensitive operational matters, including incident reporting, regulatory inspections, and enforcement actions.
Manage customer service standards, resolve complex customer complaints, and maintain the centre's professional image and reputation.
Oversee administrative matters such as record-keeping, staff documentation, licensing validity, and compliance reporting.
Monitor business performance, control operating costs, and ensure sustainability of operations while maintaining regulatory compliance.
Any other duties as assigned that are essential to the lawful and effective operation of the massage centre.
Job Requirements
Minimum 5-8 years of relevant management experience in massage centres or similar regulated service industries
Ability to manage sensitive issues discreetly and professionally.
Strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
