Candidate Requirements

1. Minimum 2 years of experience as an SD (Service Desk) Agent.
   No experience or strong technical knowledge may also be considered.
2. Strong laptop and desktop troubleshooting skillsets.
3. Excellent customer handling and problem-solving skills.
4. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
5. Willingness to work on a rotating shift schedule.
6. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems, Microsoft 365, and Microsoft Office applications.
