Job scope:
- Conduct technical training for aerospace staff on aircraft systems, maintenance procedures, and safety protocols.
- Develop and maintain training materials, manuals, and course content aligned with industry standards.
- Evaluate trainee performance through assessments and provide certifications or improvement plans.
- Support compliance by ensuring training activities meet regulatory and quality requirements.
- Coordinate with departments (engineering, production, QA) to align training with operational needs.
Job Requirements:
- NITEC, Higher NITEC, Diploma in any engineering-related discipline are encouraged to apply.
- No prior experience is required Full training will be provided.
