- Lead Marketing Transformation Initiatives: Drive the digitalization and modernization of marketing strategies, processes, and operating models to improve overall effectiveness.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Strategy, Technology, Data & Analytics, and Sales teams to design and implement cohesive, integrated marketing solutions.
- Data-Driven Strategy Development: Leverage customer insights, market trends, and analytics to craft impactful, evidence-based marketing strategies.
- Change Management: Champion organizational transformation efforts, promoting enhanced marketing efficiency, agility, and alignment across teams.
- Performance Monitoring: Define key performance indicators, evaluate ROI, and continuously refine marketing campaigns to maximize results.
- Innovation & Technology Adoption: Implement advanced marketing technologies, automation platforms, and AI-driven solutions to accelerate business growth and operational excellence.
- Japanese Client Management & Consulting: Act as the primary point of contact for Japanese clients, ensuring strategies reflect both Japanese and local market dynamics, as well as cultural considerations.
