Job Description

We are looking for a Marketing-Technology (Martech) Product Manager to drive the successful implementation and optimization of marketing technology solutions, ensuring seamless integration across platforms to enhance marketing efficiency and deliver measurable business outcomes. This role enables data-driven marketing, improves customer engagement, and supports overall business growth through technology-driven innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Stack Strategy & Roadmap: Own the end-to-end MarTech roadmap. Evaluate current tools (CRM, CMS, ESP, Analytics, CDP) and identify gaps, redundancies, and opportunities for integration.
  • Data Orchestration & Governance: Partner with Data Engineering to ensure high-quality customer data flows seamlessly between systems. Define the source of truth for customer attributes and event triggers.
  • Buy vs. Build Decisions: Lead technical evaluations for new vendor partners. Conduct RFPs, manage POCs, and determine when a third-party tool is preferable to a custom-built internal solution.
  • Implementation & Integration: Act as the technical lead for tool deployments. Write requirements for API integrations, tracking schemas (e.g., Segment/GTM), and automated lifecycle triggers.
  • Enablement: Develop documentation and frameworks that empower marketers to self-serve, enabling campaign launches without developer support.
  • Compliance & Privacy: Stay ahead of global privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and ensure our marketing stack is privacy-by-design.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience) or Master's degree in Business Administration
  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in product analysis, data analytics, or a related field
  • Expertise in MarTech tools (CRM, CDP, marketing automation, analytics, ad tech)
  • Data analysis proficiency SQL and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI)
  • API integration knowledge familiarity with ETL processes
  • Web/digital tracking (Google Tag Manager, Adobe Launch) basic HTML/CSS/JavaScript
  • Understanding of GDPR, CCPA compliance
  • Expertise in Agile/Scrum tools like Jira, Confluence, Trello
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strategic thinking aligned with business goals
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills
  • Adaptability to emerging technologies
