This is an exciting opportunity to join us as a Marketing Support Manager, where you will play a key role in delivering effective digital marketing activity across diverse and high‑growth markets.
About The Role
In this role, you will support the planning, coordination, and delivery of digital marketing activities across multiple regions, ensuring campaigns run smoothly, on time, and to a high standard. You will help drive awareness, engagement, and lead‑generation outcomes while maintaining alignment with global strategies.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating and delivering digital marketing campaigns across web, email, and social media channels.
- Managing content updates and ensuring brand and compliance standards are met.
- Supporting paid digital campaigns through setup, tracking, and optimisation.
- Coordinating webinars, virtual events, and other digital promotional activity.
- Tracking performance metrics such as traffic, engagement, and conversions.
- Working closely with global, regional, and local teams to align campaign priorities.
- Providing digital assets, toolkits, and guidance to internal stakeholders and partners.
- Contributing to process improvements and documenting best practices.
This position has been classified as a hybrid role, requiring the selected candidate to typically spend 40-60% of their time collaborating and connecting face-to-face at their dedicated location. Aside from our hybrid principles, other flexible working requests will be considered from the first day of employment, including other work arrangements should you require adjustments due to a disability or long-term health condition.
About You
You'll be someone who enjoys working collaboratively, stays organised across multiple projects, and brings a confident, solutions‑focused approach to digital marketing operations.
You will bring experience in supporting digital marketing across different markets or channels, along with confidence using a range of digital tools such as CMS platforms, social media management tools, analytics dashboards, Canva, HubSpot, and Adobe Creative Suite. You'll be highly organised, able to prioritise effectively and meet deadlines, and you'll communicate clearly while working collaboratively with colleagues and partners. You'll also be comfortable working independently, following established processes and maintaining high standards in everything you deliver.
