Job Description

We are looking for a Regional Marketing Strategy Lead to drive the strategic direction of marketing initiatives across multiple markets. This role will focus on developing regional marketing strategies, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring alignment between global objectives and local market execution.

The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking, market insights, and cross-market coordination to support business growth and strengthen the brand presence across the region.

Responsibilities:

Regional Marketing Strategy:

  • Develop and lead regional marketing strategies aligned with overall business and growth objectives
  • Identify market opportunities, consumer trends, and competitive insights across key regional markets
  • Translate regional business priorities into clear marketing plans and strategic initiatives

Market Planning & Coordination:

  • Partner with country marketing teams to ensure consistent brand positioning and campaign alignment across markets
  • Provide strategic guidance on local market campaigns, channel strategies, and messaging frameworks
  • Balance regional consistency with local market relevance

Go-To-Market Strategy:

  • Lead regional go-to-market strategies for new product launches, partnerships, and major initiatives
  • Define target audiences, value propositions, and positioning strategies
  • Ensure coordinated rollout across multiple markets

Performance & Insights:

  • Track and analyse regional marketing performance metrics
  • Use data and insights to optimise marketing investments and strategy
  • Provide leadership with clear reporting and strategic recommendations

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with Product, Growth, Sales, and Data teams to ensure marketing strategies support broader business goals
  • Align regional marketing initiatives with product roadmaps and expansion plans

Stakeholder Management:

  • Act as the key strategic partner between regional leadership and local market teams
  • Communicate marketing strategy, priorities, and results to senior stakeholders
  • Influence decision-making through data-driven insights and strategic recommendations

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • 10-12 years of experience in marketing strategy, regional marketing, or growth marketing
  • Experience working across multiple markets (Southeast Asia / APAC preferred)
  • Proven track record of developing regional marketing strategies and go-to-market plans
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience translating data into actionable strategies
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
