Job Description

Responsibilities:

. Plan, execute and optimise integrated marketing campaigns across digital, offline and event channels to drive brand awareness and lead generation

. Conduct market research and competitor analysis within target industries (life sciences, pharma, industrial, machinery) to identify trends, customer needs and growth opportunities

. Translate insights into actionable marketing strategies, go-to-market plans and campaign messaging

. Manage digital marketing activities including website content, SEO/SEM, social media and email campaigns to improve engagement and conversion

. Develop high-quality marketing materials and thought leadership content

. Partner closely with sales, technical and business teams to align marketing initiatives with commercial objectives

. Support and coordinate industry events, exhibitions and client engagement activities to enhance market presence and pipeline development

. Track, analyse and report marketing performance using KPIs, dashboards and CRM data to optimise effectiveness

. Continuously identify opportunities to improve marketing processes, tools and overall execution

Requirements:

. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Engineering, or related field

. 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally within life sciences, pharmaceuticals, industrial or engineering industry

. Proven ability to support or drive lead generation and contribute to commercial outcomes through marketing initiatives

. Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, CRM systems and marketing analytics tools

. Hands-on, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

. Ability to simplify and communicate technical concepts into compelling marketing content

. Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to work across commercial and technical teams

. Creative, detail-oriented and results-driven mindset
