Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute international student recruitment strategies, with a strong focus on the Mainland China market.
  • Build and manage partnerships with education agents, schools, and recruitment channels.
  • Lead digital and offline marketing campaigns (e.g. WeChat, Xiaohongshu, education fairs, seminars, webinars).
  • Drive student enrolment from lead generation through to conversion.
  • Establish strategic partnerships with corporate organisations and industry partners.
  • Identify new business opportunities, corporate training projects, sponsorships, and collaborations.
  • Strengthen Tembusu Institute's brand visibility and market presence.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the Marketing & Admissions team.
  • Monitor marketing performance, industry trends, competitor activities, and optimise ROI.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Education Management or related discipline (Master's Degree preferred).
  • Minimum 8-10 years experience in marketing, business development, or student recruitment within the higher/private education sector.
  • Proven success in the Mainland China education market, with strong education agent and school networks.
  • Strong experience in B2B partnership development and corporate collaboration.
  • Good understanding of Singapore's private education sector (EduTrust/CPE).
  • Excellent strategic planning, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin (spoken and written).
