Position Summary

The Marketing Specialistis fully accountable for driving and executing strategic marketing initiatives to support business growth and customer engagement across Singapore and Malaysia.

This role collaborates closely with Sales, Product Management, Corporate Marketing, and regional stakeholders to execute demand generation programs, optimize lead management processes, strengthen digital engagement, and improve marketing performance visibility through data-driven insights and CRM excellence.

The ideal candidate combines strong market understandingwith commercial acumen, analytical thinking, and cross-functional stakeholder management.


Key Responsibilities

Demand Generation & Strategic Marketing

Strategize, develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to drive lead generation, customer engagement, and pipeline growth.
Lead planning and execution of customer events, seminars, roadshows, webinars, and promotional activities across SGMY.
Collaborate with regional and global marketing teams to localize and implement strategic marketing initiatives.

CRM Management

Manage and optimize lead management processes through Salesforce (SFDC) and Eloqua platforms.
Monitor campaign effectiveness, lead conversion, and marketing ROI through analytics and reporting.
Drive CRM data quality, customer segmentation, and workflow improvement initiatives to enhance commercial productivity.
Partner with Sales and Product teams to identify business opportunities and improve customer targeting strategies.

Digital Marketing & Customer Engagement

Support digital marketing initiatives including website content optimization, SEO/SEM, LinkedIn campaigns, and customer engagement channels.
Explore and implement new digital touchpoints and demand generation channels to improve market reach and customer experience.

Marketing Operations & Process Improvement

Manage marketing operations including campaign coordination, budget tracking, promotional material management, and vendor coordination.
Drive continuous improvement in marketing processes, reporting capabilities, and operational efficiency.
Support the implementation of scalable marketing practices aligned with commercial objectives.


Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or related discipline.
3-5 years of experience in marketing, commercial operations, demand generation, or marketing excellence roles.
Experience with Salesforce (SFDC), Eloqua, or similar CRM/marketing automation platforms preferred.
Strong analytical, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in B2B, life sciences, healthcare, or technology-driven industries is an advantage.
Proactive, collaborative, and commercially driven mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
