What you will do:
We're looking for a dynamic and results-driven B2B Field Marketing Specialist to support on demand generation and customer engagement initiatives across SEA & Pacific Business. And crafting a culture of no daylight between marketing and sales-ensuring full transparency, tight collaboration, and shared accountability across both teams.
This role is ideal for a marketer with a strong background in industrial, building technologies, or HVAC sectors, who thrives in a fast-paced, sales-aligned environment. The candidate will play an important role in driving pipeline growth, enhancing brand visibility, and supporting go-to-market strategies through localized campaigns and field marketing efforts.
How you will do it:
Demand Generation & Campaign execution
- Partner with sales to design localized marketing campaign strategies, ensure alignment between demand generation and business goals.
- Work with product management teams to come up with demand gen campaign contents in various formats e.g videos, images, articles, etc. and manage the entire lead flow.
- Maximize reach and conversion through all marketing channels: organic, paid, online offline, etc.
- Develop lead nurturing programs with tailored content and automated workflows
Customer Acquisition & Engagement
- Execute regional events, webinars, and roadshows to generate qualified leads and strengthen relationships
- Working with squads to localize the content and equip local sales teams with high-impact localized marketing materials (case studies, whitepapers, solution briefs, toolkits)
Marketing Enablement & Support
- Ensuring brand consistency and sharing best practices across markets
- Engaging in market research to identify growth opportunities and customer pain points.
Performance Tracking
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as MQLs, SQLs, pipeline contribution, conversion rates, and campaign ROI
- Present regular performance reports, highlighting successes, learnings, and recommendations for future investment
- Provide local marketing insights to the global marketing team

What we look for:
- Minimum 3 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in industrial, building technologies, or HVAC sectors
- Proven success in demand generation, lead nurturing, leads management (in salesforce) and digital marketing
- Technical marketing background or industry experience is highly preferred
- Experience collaborating with sales teams to support go-to-market strategies
- Strong understanding of local market dynamics and customer behavior
- Good English skills in both verbal and written
