Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role is an end-to-end owner of marketing campaigns and branded experiences, responsible for driving execution excellence, performance outcomes, and brand impact across both internal and external audiences, in alignment with the company's strategic objectives.

The role reports to the Head of Marketing& Communications and works closely with cross-functional teams including Distribution, Product, Digital, Legal & Compliance, and Corporate Communications. At Allianz, you will take ownership of high-visibility initiatives, work on local and regional campaigns, and play a meaningful rolein shaping brand and business outcomes within a global organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the planning &execution of the communication of marketing content across multiple channels, including email, social media, direct, paid advertising, branded content, and events
  • Lead the conceptualization, planning & delivery of branded experiences including townhalls, engagement& activities, webinars and events for our distribution network &internal employees
  • Act as the primary marketing owner in managing agencies, vendors, and partners to deliver high-quality marketing assets (e.g. social media content, presentations, campaign materials), ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and compliance standards
  • Conduct market research, surveys and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for new campaigns and to understand gaps in distribution and in the retail market
  • Drive initiatives aimed at measurable improvements in brand health, engagement metrics, and NPS scores across intermediaries and customers
  • Own the management and performance of social media platforms, including content planning, publishing cadence, community engagement, and reporting on effectiveness
  • Lead end-to-end coordination of events and sponsorships, including logistics, vendor management, budgets, and procurement of festive and corporate gifts
  • Own the accuracy, relevance, and brand consistency of website content, working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely updates
  • Monitor campaign, channel, and branding performance, translating data into insights and recommendations to continuously improve marketing effectiveness
  • Drive and manage marketing partnerships, events, and collaborations with retail and B2B partners from ideation through execution


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field OR equivalent experience
  • Minimum 3 years of experience with hands-on ownership of marketing, branding, or integrated campaigns
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence, collaborate, and deliver through cross-functional teams
  • Proven ability to balance creative thinking with analytical decision-making
  • Strong working knowledge of analytics, CRM, and marketing tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Mailchimp, PowerBI, Canva), with the ability to derive insights and take action
  • Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in financial services, insurance, or other regulated industries is preferred
