Our client is a local law firm looking for a proactive Marketing Specialist to support marketing execution and business growth, with a strong focus on channel/partner relationship maintenance and lead generation. This role is suited for someone who enjoys external stakeholder engagement and is open to travel for meetings and partner activities when required.
Key Responsibilities
- Channel maintenance & partner management: Build and maintain relationships with partners
- Lead generation & client outreach: Proactively engage potential clients, follow up on enquiries and referrals, arrange meetings, and work towards agreed individual sales targets.
- Business development support: Coordinate partner follow-ups and work with the internal team to drive lead-to-client conversion.
- Tracking & reporting: Maintain partner lists, outreach records, and basic campaign/lead tracking reports.
- Travel readiness: Attend client/partner meetings and events locally, with occasional overseas travel when required.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related disciplines.
- 13 years of experience in marketing / partnerships / business development.
- Strong communication, coordination, and execution skills; organized and self-driven.
- Excellent English business communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Willing to travel when required.
