• Content Production:Oversee the creation of multimedia content, including videos, graphics, and written posts, ensuring high-quality and engaging material that resonates with the target audience.
• Trend Monitoring:Stay updated on the latest social media trends, fads, and platform updates to incorporate into the bank's social media strategy.
• Audience Engagement:Build and foster a community around the bank's social media channels by actively engaging with followers and responding to feedback.
