Job Overview

As a global leader in education technology, our client is actively expanding its overseas business. We are now seeking an experienced Overseas Senior Marketing Manager to lead the overseas business growth initiatives, focusing on deepening market penetration and scaling business performance in key regions. The ideal candidate will bring proven practical experience in driving business growth, in-depth knowledge of the South Korean or Middle Eastern market, strong team leadership capabilities, and fluent English communication skills to lead the team in achieving strategic business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute end-to-end global advertising delivery strategies, breaking reliance on saturated traditional channels (Google, Facebook, Instagram).
  • Lead the exploration and large-scale implementation of 2026 emerging incremental channels. Build a diversified, high-efficiency multi-channel marketing matrix suitable for global parent and family user groups.
  • Own global marketing budget planning and dynamic allocation, establish an AI real-time ROI optimization mechanism.
  • Monitor full-link delivery data including exposure, CTR, trial lesson rate, conversion cost and user lifecycle value, dynamically adjust delivery regions, investment proportion and delivery methods, continuously reduce CAC and improve marketing input-output efficiency.
  • Collect, analyze and summarize front-end market feedback, user conversion pain points and channel operation data through data and AI insight tools.
  • Adapt to the fast-paced, high-growth overseas business development rhythm, take full ownership of marketing KPIs including user growth, conversion volume and ROI.
  • Proactively drive project progress, solve marketing growth bottlenecks, and lead the marketing team to stably support the rapid business growth of core overseas markets (South Korea, Middle East, Southeast Asia, etc.).

Job Requirements

  • 7-13 years of marketing management experience with strong global advertising delivery and performance marketing experience, familiar with both traditional mainstream channel operations and the latest new channel marketing playbooks.
  • Proficient in applying AI marketing tools and algorithm strategies to optimize advertising delivery, user targeting and creative iteration, with practical experience in AI-driven refined traffic operation.
  • Strong data analysis and market insight capabilities, able to independently complete budget allocation, regional delivery layout and real-time strategy adjustment based on business data.
  • Clear closed-loop thinking capable of converting front-end market and user feedback into actionable product optimization suggestions.
  • Result-oriented with strong ownership, excellent executive ability, able to proactively drive business progress and deliver measurable results in a fast-growing, fast-paced working environment.
  • Familiar with overseas market characteristics of South Korea, the Middle East, Southeast Asia and the United States is a plus.
