Marketing & Sales Support Intern (Logistics / Freight Forwarding)

Job Scope:

. Assist in sending marketing emails and follow-ups to potential and existing customers

. Support lead generation activities (research companies, contacts, basic data collection)

. Follow up on sales enquiries and quotations via email

. Maintain and update customer database / CRM records

. Coordinate with internal operations team for basic shipment information

. Assist in preparing simple sales reports and tracking responses

. Support ad-hoc marketing campaigns and promotions

Requirements:

. Basic communication skills (email writing in English)

. Detail-oriented and responsible

. Comfortable using Excel / Google Sheets

. Positive attitude and willing to learn

. No prior experience required (training will be provided)
