Job Summary

Orita Sinclair College is hiring a results-driven Marketing & Sales Executive to support student recruitment and brand growth, with a strong focus on overseas markets, particularly China. This is an execution-focused role with clear performance expectations. Success is measured through leads generated, conversion rates, enrolments achieved, and partner performance, with an emphasis on outcomes that directly support student recruitment and growth. The role offers hands-on exposure to international recruitment, agent engagement, and campaign execution, with opportunities to take on greater responsibility as the school scales.

Responsibilities

  • Execute marketing and recruitment campaigns across digital platforms, social media, education agents, and institutional partnerships to generate leads and increase enrolments
  • Support and expand overseas recruitment channels, focusing on China and Southeast Asia, to grow student intake
  • Collaborate with education agents by onboarding, briefing, training, and monitoring their performance to ensure effective recruitment outcomes
  • Manage and coordinate the lead-to-enrolment pipeline with the admissions team to optimize conversion rates
  • Promote diploma programmes, degree pathways, and industry-linked offerings to target audiences to enhance programme visibility and appeal
  • Track, analyse, and report on campaign and recruitment performance metrics, including conversions, ROI, and market outcomes, to inform strategic decisions
  • Collect market insights and feedback to continuously improve campaigns and recruitment strategies

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Experience in education marketing, student recruitment, sales, or related roles
  • Familiarity with China-facing platforms such as WeChat, Xiaohongshu, and Douyin to effectively engage target audiences in China
  • Ability to work towards clear targets and measurable outcomes to drive recruitment success
  • Strong coordination, follow-through, and execution skills to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders efficiently
  • Effective collaboration skills to work across internal teams, external partners, and agencies
