The Marketing & Sales Executive will support Duke Bakery's brand growth, product marketing, and retail sales performance across all outlets in Singapore. This role works closely with the Marketing Team, Operations Team, and Product Development Team to plan promotions, execute campaigns, manage digital content, and drive sales conversion both online and offline.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, festive promotions, product launches, and seasonal activities.
Manage social media content (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, XiaoHongShu), including posting, coordination, and engagement.
Coordinate photo/video shoots for new bakery items, gift sets, and corporate materials.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and pricing studies to support business decisions.
Design simple marketing materials (posters, in-store signage, digital banners) using Canva or similar tools.
Work with Operations to plan outlet-level promotions and sales push strategies.
Support corporate sales inquiries, quotations, and customer service for bulk orders and festive gifting.
Track campaign performance, analyze sales data, and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
Liaise with external vendors, agencies, designers, and printing suppliers.
Support marketing admin tasks, including invoices, sample coordination, and marketing inventory management.
