About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and organised Marketing Programmes & Partnerships Manager to lead the execution of integrated marketing campaigns and partnership initiatives across our healthcare services in Singapore. This role manages the rollout of our annual health calendar, service-focused marketing programmes, and co-marketing campaigns with external partners.
You will work closely with clinical teams, business units, designers, writers, and external partners to ensure that all marketing programmes are delivered on time, consistently, and to a high standard. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is strong in project management, and can confidently coordinate across multiple stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Marketing Programme Management
- Plan and execute integrated campaigns aligned with monthly health themes and priority initiatives.
- Translate strategic direction into clear timelines, briefs, and deliverables.
- Work with internal teams to gather accurate and relevant content.
- Ensure campaigns go live consistently across social, digital, and in-centre channels.
Partnership Development & Activation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners such as brands, merchants, insurers, and service providers.
- Co-create and implement partnership campaigns, managing assets, approvals, and performance updates.
- Identify new partnership activation opportunities that complement marketing themes and service needs.
Go-to-Market (GTM) Delivery
- Support GTM launches for health screenings, general practice services, specialist care, telehealth, and wellness offerings.
- Coordinate launch materials including service overviews, FAQs, posters, and social content.
- Ensure all GTM communications align with brand guidelines and regulatory standards.
Content & Social Coordination
- Manage the monthly content calendar across digital and social platforms.
- Develop clear creative briefs and coordinate with designers, writers, and agencies.
- Consolidate stakeholder feedback and oversee final approvals.
- Ensure timely publication of content across agreed channels.
Stakeholder & Project Coordination
- Serve as the central coordination point across internal teams and clinics.
- Maintain organised trackers, timelines, and project documentation.
- Manage external vendors to ensure quality and timely delivery.
- Prepare materials for internal updates and partner reviews.
Requirements
- 8-10 years of experience in marketing, programme management, or partnerships.
- Experience in healthcare, wellness, insurance, or consumer services is an advantage.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams.
- Detail-oriented, organised, and comfortable with hands-on execution.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, digital marketing workflows, and campaign performance basics.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment.
