We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing & Client Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the frontline force driving new business growth - identifying, engaging, and converting potential clients into long-term partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold outreach, referrals, and digital channels
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients through consistent follow-up and relationship nurturing
- Develop and execute targeted outreach strategies to attract and engage potential customers
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations to prospective clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to craft compelling proposals and pitches tailored to client needs
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to expand brand visibility
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly client acquisition targets
- Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and client interactions in the CRM system
- Gather market intelligence and provide feedback on competitor activity and client trends
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or a client-facing marketing role
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a hunter mentality - you thrive on finding and closing new business
- Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain professional relationships
- Familiarity with CRM tools and digital marketing platforms is a plus
- A track record of meeting or exceeding sales/client acquisition targets
- Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred
