Our client is a leading power generation company in Singapore. They are looking for a Marketing Operations Officer / Senior Officer to assist their team for the next phase of their business. They are located in the Central - easily accessible.
Responsibilities:
- Event & Roadshow Coordination - Source venues, liaise with vendors, and ensure smooth setup and teardown of roadshows and events.
- Campaign Administration - Track promotions, manage enquiries (Corporate/Group Buy), and prepare campaign materials and Terms & Conditions.
- Inventory & Asset Management - Maintain marketing collaterals, merchandise, and sales kits to ensure all materials are up to date.
- Vendor & Payment Management - Handle quotations, purchase requests, and payment follow-ups to ensure timely vendor settlement.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting - Compile data on campaign and roadshow performance, including RSVP responses and event feedback.
- Quality & Brand Compliance - Conduct on-site checks during weekends when required to ensure proper setup and consistent brand representation.
Requirements:
- Willing to work weekends when required
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing coordination, admin, or operations preferred
- Meticulous with excellent organisation and multitasking skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Canva experience is an advantage
- Positive, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
