About the Role
We are a TCM clinic chain seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing & Operations Manager to oversee marketing strategy and operational execution.
Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing Strategy & Execution
Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies (online & offline) to drive brand awareness and revenue growth
Plan and execute sales and promotions across branches and digital platforms (social media, paid ads, etc), manage and liaise with outsourced digital marketing team.
Analyze marketing performance and optimize based on data insights (ROI, conversion, engagement)
Ensure brand consistency across all marketing and communication channels
2. Operations Management
Oversee daily business operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflows
Develop, implement, and continuously improve SOPs and operational processes
Coordinate cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with operational execution
Monitor KPIs and implement strategies to improve productivity and cost efficiency
Coordinate employee performance reviews, goal setting, and appraisal cycles
Handle clinic employee scheduling, relations, engagement, and retention initiatives
Support training and development programs to enhance team capabilities
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
3-6+ years of experience in marketing, operations
Working knowledge of HR practices and basic employment regulations
Basic understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms
Proven ability to manage projects and cross-functional teams
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently with strong initiative
