Marketing Operations & Program Management: Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of large-scale marketing initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business priorities.
Cross-Functional Workflow Management: Build strong partnerships across marketing, creative, product, technology, analytics, and business teams to drive alignment, remove execution bottlenecks, and maintain visibility across multiple concurrent initiatives.
Process Optimization & Operational Excellence: Develop and continuously improve marketing processes, project governance, documentation standards, reporting frameworks, and operating rhythms that enhance efficiency, scalability, and execution quality.
Stakeholder & Leadership Support: Partner closely with senior leadership to manage strategic initiatives, track priorities, facilitate decision-making, and coordinate action plans across multiple stakeholders.
Marketing Performance & Insights: Monitor project delivery, operational metrics, and team performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations to improve resource allocation, campaign execution, and organisational effectiveness.
What We're Looking For
Experience & Background: 5-8 years of experience in marketing operations, program management, project management, marketing strategy, business operations, or related functions. Experience supporting regional or global marketing organisations within technology, internet, fintech, consumer, or fast-paced digital businesses is highly preferred.
Program Management & Execution Skills: Demonstrated success managing complex, cross-functional marketing initiatives involving multiple stakeholders, competing priorities, and tight deadlines. Strong organisational skills with the ability to coordinate large-scale projects from planning through execution.
Operational Excellence & Problem Solving: Experienced in designing scalable workflows, improving business processes, managing project governance, and driving operational improvements using data and structured problem-solving approaches.
Collaboration & Communication: Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams, facilitate alignment across senior stakeholders, and thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
Technology & Learning Agility: Comfortable working with modern productivity and collaboration tools, with an interest in leveraging AI technologies to improve operational efficiency, project execution, and business workflows.
Education & Language: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Management, or a related discipline. Strong English proficiency is required to support daily collaboration across regional and global teams. Proficiency in Chinese is a plus to facilitate collaboration with colleagues across APAC offices, including Chinese-speaking teams.
