Job Summary

Ensure smooth operation of the Marketing Department by planning and executing effective marketing strategies. Lead the marketing team, build strong customer and vendor relationships, and collaborate with retailers to drive business growth in Singapore's supermarket and mini-mart sectors.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, develop, and execute marketing strategies to ensure smooth operation of the Marketing Department
  • Lead and support the marketing team to perform their duties effectively and maintain clear communication across departments
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors to enhance business partnerships
  • Formulate product strategies for various products and categories to meet market demands
  • Collaborate with retailers on promotion planning and exclusive deals to expand business opportunities
  • Set marketing goals based on past performance data and market forecasts to drive targeted outcomes
  • Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market data, and marketing best practices to develop successful strategies
  • Apply proven marketing experience and knowledge of Singapore's supermarket and mini-mart customer segments to optimize campaigns

Required competencies and certifications
