Job Summary
Support marketing operations by updating digital platforms, preparing marketing materials, organising events, collecting campaign data, and assisting with daily marketing administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
- Update company website, social media pages, and product information to maintain accurate and engaging content
- Design and prepare marketing materials such as flyers and brochures to support promotional activities
- Coordinate and assist in organising trade shows and promotional events to enhance brand presence
- Collect and analyse campaign data to generate simple reports for marketing performance review
- Support daily marketing administrative tasks to ensure smooth operation of marketing activities
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Diploma or above in Marketing, Design, or related fields
- Basic skills in Canva to create visual marketing content
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office to manage documents and presentations
- Familiarity with social media platforms to support digital marketing efforts
- Ability to write clear and concise content in English
- Strong organisational skills, creativity, and attention to detail
