Key Responsibilities:
- Event Management: Plan, coordinate, and execute corporate events from concept to completion, ensuring seamless logistics and impactful delivery.
- Campaign Collaboration: Work closely with the Digital Marketing team to create compelling content-including copywriting, visuals, and videos-for event promotions and digital outreach.
- Operational Oversight: Manage project timelines, liaise with vendors, and oversee logistics to ensure timely and efficient campaign execution.
- Partnership Development: Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate partners to support employee wellness and health programmes.
- Community Engagement: Develop and curate engaging email campaigns (eDMs) for our patient community, including planning, content creation, testing, and scheduling.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on key metrics for events and campaigns provide logistical and administrative support as needed.
- Special Projects: Support the Marketing Manager with ad hoc initiatives that align with broader marketing and business objectives.
