Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate roadshows and events, including venue sourcing and vendor management.
- Engage consumers on-site to generate enquiries, sign-ups, and sales opportunities.
- Manage event logistics such as set-up, inventory, and backend support.
- Handle Corporate and Group Buy enquiries to support sales acquisition.
- Assist with festive gift sourcing, campaign timelines, and Terms & Conditions preparation.
- Ensure campaign codes remain valid and update marketing assets as needed.
- Track and analyse performance data, RSVP responses, and event feedback to measure success.
- Maintain marketing inventory including merchandise, booth collaterals, and sales kits.
- Work closely with vendors by preparing quotations, processing payments, and ensuring timely settlements.
- Generate monthly reports on campaign, roadshow, and reseller performance.
Requirements:
- Degree in Business / Marketing or related fields
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing coordination or admin roles preferred
- Detail-orientated with strong organisational and follow-up skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) familiarity with Canva is a bonus
