THE ROLE

We are looking for a Marketing & Member Relation Intern to support both Fruit@TheOffice (our B2B offering) and member care operations.

The intern will progressively take ownership of day-to-day member management during the summer, while supporting marketing and business development initiatives.

Training starts in March 2026. Full-time availability required until end August 2026.

You will work directly with the Head of Member Relations, the Head of Finance and the founder in a small, entrepreneurial team.

**KEY RESPONSBILITIES**

MEMBER RELATION & OPERATIONS

- Act as first point of contact for members and corporate clients

- Handle membership enquiries and onboarding

- Deliver high-quality customer service

- Manage WhatsApp member groups and WhatsApp Business lists

- Assist with order preparation at the warehouse every Tuesday

MARKETING & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

- Support the growth of Fruit@TheOffice

- Help promote our Sustainability Program for companies

- Assist in identifying prospects and preparing outreach materials

- Curate sustainability and food-related articles for weekly LinkedIn posts

DIGITAL MARKETING SUPPORT

- Assist with content updates (website, recipes, articles)

- Support simple online campaigns and performance tracking

- Learn and use tools such as Shopify and social media platforms

PROFILE

- Last year of Agri school with a 6 month internship to do to complete your degree

- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and reliable

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Curious, proactive, and comfortable taking responsibility

- Interest in sustainability, food systems, or social impact

- Fluent in English (French is a plus)
