We need you:
1.Brand Strategy and Positioning
Independently completed non-China market surveys, competing product analysis, and user insights, and formulated regional brand positioning, value proposition, and annual GTM strategy.
Build and iterate on the brand house: brand story, core message, visual identity, vocabulary system, and content style guide.
2.Integrated Marketing & Campaign Management
Has experience in successfully planning and implementing integrated online and offline Campaigns (new product launches, industry summits, KOL/KOC, PR events, co-branded collaborations).
Coordinate annual/quarterly budgets and be responsible for CPL, CAC, MQLSQL conversion rate, and brand health tracking.
3.Content and Channel Matrix
01 Establish and operate multilingual owned media (official website, blog, newsletter, podcast)
Has successful experience in operating mainstream non-China social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, etc.).
Develop a Localization content calendar, produce whitepapers, case studies, videos, webinars, EDMs, etc., to form a sustainable content flywheel.
4.Brand Equity Management and Compliance
Understand and comply with non-China data and compliance systems (such as GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
Unify global CI/VI specifications to ensure that all touchpoints (exhibitions, packaging, Sales Deck, advertising, merchandise) comply with brand standards.
Establish a brand health tracking system (SOV, Share of Search, NPS, Brand Recall), conduct quarterly reviews, and optimize it.
5.Supplier Management
Ability to independently manage non-China external suppliers such as PR, creative, media, events, and production.
Built a supplier evaluation model (ROI, timeliness, quality) to ensure project delivery and budget efficiency.
We hope you:
Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Marketing, Communication, Advertising, Business, or related fields.
Over 5 years of experience in non-China brand/integrated marketing for toB software, with at least 3 years focusing on a single non-China market (South East Asia, North America) and achieving quantifiable results.
Proficient in operating one or more of the following: LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Facebook/TikTok for Business, Marketing Automation (HubSpot/Marketo, etc.).
Possess mature brand storytelling and narrative design capabilities, with English as a working language; proficiency in a second foreign language is preferred.
