What you will do

  • Execute marketing initiatives that drive Triple-A's growth across content, social, campaigns, and demand generation.
  • Turn complex crypto payments, stablecoin, and fintech topics into clear messaging for merchants, fintechs, and enterprises.
  • Lead social growth through structured content, industry engagement, and stronger voice in crypto payments.
  • Create sales enablement materials (one-pagers, case studies, announcements, product collateral).
  • Support marketing for Hong Kong and Chinese-speaking markets with localized messaging and campaigns.
  • Coordinate partnership marketing, including announcements, campaigns, and post-launch content.
  • Collaborate with Product, Business Development, and Design on positioning and go-to-market execution.
  • Use AI tools daily to speed up research, outreach, content creation, and workflows.
  • Track and analyze marketing performance to improve campaigns and conversions.

Requirements

  • 4–7 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in fintech, payments, SaaS, or crypto.
  • Experience managing multi-channel marketing across content, social, campaigns, and demand generation.
  • Strong English writing and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex fintech or crypto topics.
  • Proven experience managing B2B social channels (especially LinkedIn and X) to drive engagement and leads.
  • Familiarity with marketing tools like HubSpot or similar CRM/marketing automation platforms.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing marketing performance and optimizing campaigns.
  • Experience working with multicultural, distributed teams across regions and time zones.
  • Ability to collaborate with Business Development, Product, and Design on launches and go-to-market initiatives.
  • Proactive problem-solver who can independently move projects forward.
  • Strong ownership mindset and results-driven approach.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with shifting priorities.

Nice to have

  • Native Chinese language skills are a strong plus.
