Job Description

Job responsibilities:

  • Understand market trends and monitor competitive activities in Asia.
  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans for the organisation.
  • Produce content for our website and social media platforms that attract and convert our target groups.
  • Increase customer engagement and business visibility in online searches through successful
  • Proficient in SEO and SEM.
  • Design, build and maintain the company's social media accounts.
  • Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting and performance analysis.
  • Knowledge of website analytics tools. (e.g, Google analytics & WebTrends).
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns.
  • Plan and execute marketing events such as training, tradeshows, etc.
  • Work closely with business partners, other internal stakeholders, external agencies and vendors.
  • Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely.
  • Ensure annual growth plans and financial targets are being met.

Requirements:

  • Degree/Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing Studies, or related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant working experience.
  • Experience in graphic design
  • Experience in leading junior/team
