We are partnering with a leading global technology company to hire a Marketing Manager to drive regional marketing initiatives across Singapore and Southeast Asia.
This role is ideal for a hands-on marketer who combines strategic thinking with execution excellence, and has experience in B2B tech or cloud-related environments.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and lead generation across Singapore and SEA
- Partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders (sales, product, regional teams) to ensure alignment on go-to-market strategy and messaging
- Plan and optimise digital marketing campaigns across social, email, and paid channels to improve engagement and conversion
- Leverage market insights, customer data, and competitive analysis to refine marketing initiatives
- Lead the execution of events, webinars, and industry engagements to strengthen brand positioning
- Drive the creation and localisation of marketing content (e.g. case studies, decks, campaigns) for regional audiences
- Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance, with a strong focus on ROI and continuous optimisation
- Manage relationships with external partners, agencies, and media
Job Requirements
- At least 5-8 years of marketing experience, preferably within technology, SaaS, or cloud environments
- Proven track record in digital marketing and campaign management
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing and lead generation funnels
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills in a regional / multicultural environment
- Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple projects
