Marketing Manager

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing strategies that strengthen our business and drive business growth. The ideal candidate is creative, analytical, and capable of managing campaigns from concept to completion across both traditional and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective marketing plans and campaigns to support company objectives.
• Manage branding, advertising, and public relations activities to build brand awareness.
• Oversee digital marketing initiatives including social media, email, and content marketing.
• Plan and organize promotional events, exhibitions, and product launches.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to deliver impactful marketing materials.
• Analyze market trends, campaign performance, and customer insights to guide future strategies.
• Lead and mentor marketing team members to achieve departmental goals.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in B2B or construction-related industries.
• Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
