Position Overview

We are seeking a Marketing Manager to drive growth across our Minimally Invasive Surgical portfolio, including staplers, energy devices, sutures, and laparoscopic solutions in Singapore.

This role requires close engagement with surgeons and exposure to operating theatre environments, combining commercial execution with clinical insight. You will also play a key role in advancing SurgeryView, our AI-enabled surgical platform, as part of an integrated surgical solution.

Key Responsibilities

1. Product & Portfolio Marketing

  • Lead marketing strategy and execution across Staplers, Energy Devices, Sutures. Laparoscopic Systems and related solutions
  • Drive product positioning, competitive differentiation, and market development initiatives
  • Partner closely with Sales teams to drive product adoption, utilization, and procedure growth
  • Lead product launches, training activities, and key account marketing initiatives
  • Monitor market trends and identify growth opportunities to support portfolio and market expansion

2. KOL Relationship Management

  • Identify, engage, and develop strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) across specialized surgical fields, building a sustainable KOL network and ensuring the SurgeryView digital platform is grounded in authentic clinical needs and addresses high-value surgical challenges
  • Cultivate Clinical Advocates to support platform adoption through peer-reviewed research, webinars, and industry conference participation

3. Data Acquisition

  • Design and execute programs to acquire high-quality surgical video and procedural data from partner hospitals
  • Collaborate with surgeons to define clinical reference standards for algorithm development, ensuring our AI is trained to the highest clinical standards
  • Proactively engage in clinical settings to observe surgical workflows and identify opportunities for product improvement

4. Product & Clinical Integration

  • Translate surgeons clinical feedback into actionable requirements, bridging clinical insights with product development for the SurgeryView digital platform

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in medical device marketing, product management, or a related commercial role
  • Experience in surgical devices or hospital-based medical devices
  • Experience engaging with surgeons and hospital stakeholders
  • Exposure to digital health or AI-enabled solutions is an advantage
