About The Role
As the Growth & Measurement Manager, you will be the analytical backbone of the Social Commerce team -- the person who turns raw social data into growth hypotheses, and growth hypotheses into strategy.
The challenge at the heart of this role remains unsolved at an industry level: how do you credibly connect social content and creator activity to real business outcomes You will not inherit a framework. You will build one - from drawing hypotheses, analysing raw data to getting stakeholder buy-in.
What You'll Do
Attribution & Measurement
- Own the attribution agenda for social and creator-driven traffic, from problem framing to implementation - in close partnership with tech and analytics teams
- Lead initiatives to identify how Kreator content influences lower-funnel behaviour that currently lands as Direct or unattributed traffic
- Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and data teams to align and ensure attribution logic is embedded correctly at source
- Design and execute measurement studies, including incrementality tests, media mix modelling inputs, and correlation analyses
Business Intelligence
- Translate findings into clear, business narratives that demonstrate the ROI of social investment and creator spends
- Turn creator performance data into actionable growth hypotheses: identify which Kreators, content types, destinations, and formats are generating the highest commercial returns, and why
- Provide Kreator teams with clear, accurate insight to support planning cycles, performance reviews, and commercial discussions
- Develop dashboards, reporting cadences, and data hygiene standards that keep key stakeholders consistently informed and ensure creator metrics are reliable and decision-ready
- Proactively surface underperformance signals and provide specific, data-backed recommendations on content direction, audience targeting, or commercial incentive adjustments
Commercial Modelling
- Use data to design, pilot, and scale new commercial structures that better align creator incentives with Klook's business priorities, some examples include pay-per-view models, tiered performance frameworks, and category-specific mechanics
- Model the financial implications of proposed commercial changes before launch, includes stress-testing assumptions and building simulation scenarios
- Partner with Kreator teams to operationalise new commercial models, ensuring they are technically sound, commercially defensible, and clearly communicated to Kreators
Experimentation
- Use internal data, external benchmarks, and market intelligence to size opportunities and surface the highest-leverage areas for experimentation
- Define measurement approaches upfront, track experiment outcomes rigorously, and design feedback loops for planning and future programme design
- Design and run structured growth experiments, not limited to A/B tests, audience segmentation trials, content format experiments
What You'll Need
- 5 to 6 years of experience across analytics, growth, or commercial strategy with exposure to digital marketing measurement.
- Hands-on ability to independently extract, clean, and structure data from multiple sources -- affiliate platforms, internal data warehouses, dashboards, and raw CSV exports -- and turn it into growth hypotheses
- Proficiency in SQL at a basic to intermediate level: able to write queries to pull, join, filter, and validate data from data warehouses with confidence and accuracy
- Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets -- complex formulas, pivot tables, and structured analysis frameworks; experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Looker is a strong plus
- Exceptional numerical sensitivity and attention to detail: you quickly spot anomalies, inconsistencies, and data quality issues before they reach a stakeholder
- Comfort working with imperfect or incomplete data and still turning it into actionable, directionally sound insights -- a critical skill given the inherent ambiguity of social measurement
- Strong analytical reasoning and problem-structuring skills: you move fluently from raw numbers to insight to clear recommendation
- Commercial acumen: you understand how analytical findings connect to P&L, you think in terms of incremental business impact, and you can size an opportunity in terms leadership can act on
- Strong cross-functional project ownership: used to building from scratch, navigating ambiguity, and driving initiatives across product, analytics, finance, and commercial teams
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; Mandarin proficiency is a plus
Bonus If You Have
- Experience in e-commerce, travel, or marketplace businesses where multi-touch, multi-session attribution is genuinely complex
- Direct involvement in creator or influencer marketing programmes from a measurement or commercial structuring perspective
- Exposure to incrementality testing, causal inference methods, or media mix modelling in a live commercial context
