Implement and oversee loyalty programs in line with group policies, ensuring effective CRM operations and member engagement throughout the customer journey.
Prepare annual budgets and forecasts, deliver management reports, and conduct competitor analysis to inform strategy.
Launch, monitor, and optimize campaigns across platforms such as Google, Facebook, and Instagram to maximize ROI.
Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing calendar to maintain ongoing engagement with loyalty members.
Manage improvement projects for the CRM mobile application and website to elevate user experience.
Identify new growth opportunities by leveraging insights from customer and campaign data.
Requirements:
Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications or any other equivalent discipline
Minimum 6 years of experience in brand marketing of commercial properties
Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
