Our client is a leading interior manufacturer and contractor that values aesthetics and function. They are currently looking for a Marketing Manager to drive strategic growth through targeted marketing and business expansion.
Responsibilities
- Research and identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships
- Analyze emerging trends and competitive landscapes to inform growth strategies
- Work closely with senior leadership to develop strategies for expanding business and entering new markets
- Establish and nurture relationships with clients, partners and stakeholders, including networking, attending industry events and maintaining regular communication
- Facilitate meetings with clients to keep up-to-date on their evolving business strategies
- Communicate with clients to identify their business challenges and expectations
- Conduct market research to identify growth areas
- Maintain and update client database, ensuring accurate profiling and segmentation
- Stay abreast of industry developments and market shifts to maintain competitive advantage
- Drive marketing efforts that contribute to meeting sales targets and increasing company revenue
- Work closely with internal teams to align marketing initiatives with operational capabilities and delivery
- Generate reports and dashboards to track marketing performance, sales data, and market trends
- Provide actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness and business outcomes
- Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources for business development activities, such as marketing campaigns, events, and client engagement activities
Requirements & Preferences
(Must)
- Diploma in Business Management/ Administration/ Studies or Real Estate Business or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales or marketing within the interior design or real estate industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe and Canva
- Possess excellent communication skills in English
(Advantageous)
- Ability to commence work within short notice
