Our client, a well-known company is looking for candidates for the position of Marketing Manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Formulate and implement comprehensive monthly and annual marketing strategies tailored for the Southeast Asia market.
- Strengthen brand equity by establishing and enforcing brand guidelines and operational regulations.
- Provide marketing support to franchise partners, including promotional tools, campaign planning, and product launch assistance.
- Analyze sales performance, market trends, and consumer insights to craft actionable marketing strategies.
- Collaborate closely with headquarters and local partners, including distributors and design teams, to streamline operations.
- Manage the regional marketing budget, focusing on maximizing return on investment (ROI).
- Develop and implement brand strategies and business expansion plans across the Southeast Asia region.
- Plan and create new products aligned with local market characteristics and consumer preferences.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in marketing, brand management, or product planning, preferably within the F&B or retail industries.
- Strong understanding of consumer behavior and market dynamics in Southeast Asia.
- Experience in multi-country franchise marketing is a valuable asset.
- Strategic thinker with strong execution abilities and excellent communication skills.
- Proven skills in stakeholder management and collaboration.
