We're looking for a Marketing Manager who'll be the entire marketing engine: the strategist, the executor, the storyteller, and the one who gets it live. You'll own campaigns end to end - and yes, that includes rolling up your sleeves for the details that make everything actually work.

The Job
Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital, social, on-ground, and events end-to-end
Create both visual and written content (posters, infographics, social media posts, photos, videos, and more) to promote our malls events and tenants offerings
Manage our presence on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms with a consistent, engaging brand voice
Coordinate with tenants, vendors, and agencies to deliver campaigns on time and on brand
Drive footfall initiatives, seasonal promotions, and tenant-activation programmes
Manage customer and tenant enquiries - resolve problems promptly and collect feedback to improve our experience
Develop and manage the marketing budget with clear, measurable goals
Track and report on campaign performance translate numbers into decisions
Handle day-to-day marketing tasks - copywriting, updating collateral, and liaising with vendors
Manage atrium space leasing for vendors, pop-ups, and events to drive footfall and maximise space utilisation
The Must Haves
Able to create compelling visual content using tools like Canva, Adobe suite, or similar
A natural self-starter who can take a brief (or no brief) and run with it
