The Marketing Manager will partner closely with the Marketing Director and franchise marketing teams to drive sustainable sales growth and strengthen brand equity across 7 diverse, culturally rich North Asia Franchise Markets

You will be a trusted thought partner in the development of commercially impactful and culturally resonant marketing strategies — spanning brand, digital, CRM, menu innovation, and customer engagement, guiding and steering franchise teams as they bring our Younger & More Every day and Digital First transformation to life. You will be part of the team who diligently deliver in: Same Store Sales Growth (SSSG), stronger Weekly Per Store Average Transactions (WPSAT), new restaurant openings (NNU), and a healthier Operating Profit (OP) across the region.

Responsibilities
Bring the Brand to Life
Be the connective tissue between the global Pizza Hut brand and the local markets that bring it to life.
- Partner with the franchise marketing teams to shape integrated annual marketing plans that drive both sales
performance and lasting brand love.
- Support the franchise marketing teams to translate global brand strategy into campaigns that feel genuinely
local — culturally resonant, joyful, and distinctively Pizza Hut.
- Guide franchisees on growth levers: product innovation, value strategy, pricing, promotions, CRM and
loyalty, and customer engagement.
Champion Digital & Customer Growth
Help our franchise partners become digital-first marketing organizations.
- Advocate for and guide Digital First marketing initiatives across performance marketing, CRM, loyalty
programs and app engagement.
- Champion the use of data, analytics, and customer insights to improve targeting, personalization, and
campaign ROI, with omnichannel thinking so digital and physical experiences feel seamless to our guests.
Raise the Bar on Campaign Excellence

- Guide the development and execution of local campaigns, as well as localization of global campaigns,
ensuring alignment with brand positioning and business priorities.
- Share best practices, emerging creative trends, and innovative thinking from across markets to inspire and
elevate execution standards.
Lead with Insight
Ground every conversation in evidence, not opinion.
- Leverage insights from internal data and external research — business data, customer analytics, and local
market studies — to shape strategy and develop compelling, actionable recommendations grounded in
consumer behavior, competitive intelligence, and business performance trends
- Monitor and evaluate campaign and business performance, and use what you learn to continuously improve.
Be a True Franchise Partner
Act as the primary marketing interface and trusted advisor for your franchise partners.
- Facilitate the sharing of success stories and best practices from other markets that can be reapplied locally.
- Build capability within franchise marketing teams through coaching, mentoring, and knowledge sharing.
- Foster a positive team culture built on collaboration, curiosity, and a shared love of the brand.
Qualifications
- 10+ years in Marketing, Digital, Brand Management, or Commercial roles — ideally in QSR, retail, FMCG, food delivery, or consumer-facing businesses.
- A proven track record driving business growth through integrated marketing, digital, CRM/loyalty, and consumer engagement.
- Strong fluency in modern marketing ecosystems: performance marketing, customer analytics, media, digital platforms, and omnichannel engagement.
- Experience in regional or global roles within a matrix organization is preferred
- Tertiary education in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline; an MBA is advantageous.
