Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Strategy & Business Development

. Develop and implement sales strategies to promote the education centre's programmes, including enrichment courses, academic tutoring, and skills development programmes.

. Identify new market opportunities and partnerships to increase student enrolment and expand the centre's customer base.

2. Student Recruitment & Client Relationship Management

. Engage with prospective students and parents to understand their educational needs and recommend suitable programmes.

. Maintain strong relationships with parents, students, and corporate partners to ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term retention.

3. Marketing & Outreach

. Plan and execute marketing initiatives including school outreach, events, workshops, and digital marketing campaigns.

. Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.

4. Sales Performance Management

. Monitor sales targets, analyse enrolment data, and prepare periodic sales performance reports for management.

. Develop strategies to improve conversion rates and maximise revenue growth.

5. Team Leadership & Training

. Supervise and guide sales consultants and administrative staff in achieving enrolment targets.

. Conduct training to improve product knowledge, communication skills, and customer engagement.

6. Programme Promotion

. Provide professional consultation to parents regarding curriculum, academic pathways, and student development.

. Ensure accurate communication of programme details, pricing, and schedules.

7. Operational Coordination

. Work closely with academic and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new students and proper scheduling of classes.

. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage parents and students.

. Experience in student recruitment, education marketing, or education consultancy will be an advantage.

. Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing client relationships.

. Ability to analyse sales data and develop strategic growth initiatives.
