Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute paid acquisition strategies for global user growth, focusing on scaling new user acquisition and optimizing paid conversion efficiency.
  • Manage and optimize App user growth channels, including Google, Meta, Apple Search Ads, various DSPs, OEMs, and APK channels.
  • Continuously expand and manage diverse traffic channels, optimize delivery structure and budget allocation, and improve overall delivery efficiency and user quality.
  • Drive growth strategies with data, focusing on core metrics such as ROAS, CPA, and LTV, conduct continuous monitoring, analysis, and optimization of ad delivery performance.
  • Familiar with the delivery and review rules of mainstream ad platforms, possess channel resources and problem-solving abilities, and ensure stable ad launch and continuous acquisition of effective traffic in complex delivery environments.
  • Familiar with iOS ad attribution mechanisms and privacy frameworks (e.g., SKAdNetwork), and able to develop and optimize user growth strategies in an attribution-constrained environment.
  • Collaborate closely with regional teams and country markets to develop localized growth strategies and drive user growth in key markets.
  • Coordinate with design, brand, marketing, and data teams to continuously optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and growth strategies to achieve measurable growth goals.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in performance marketing or user growth, with hands-on experience in mobile App ad delivery.
  • At least 3 years of ad delivery experience in the Crypto/Fintech industry; familiarity with the industry media ecosystem and relevant channel resources is preferred.
  • Familiar with ad delivery strategies for restricted industries, with experience in multi-channel traffic acquisition and strategy optimization.
  • Understand the impact of iOS privacy policies and attribution mechanisms on ad delivery, and able to develop effective growth strategies in an attribution-constrained environment.
  • Familiar with mainstream ad channels, including major media, search ads, social media ads, DSPs, mobile phone manufacturers, and OEM traffic.
  • Familiar with the delivery strategies and optimization methods of mainstream ad platforms such as Google, Meta, and Apple Search Ads.
  • Understand ad data acquisition and attribution logic; experience with MMP tools such as AppsFlyer and Adjust is preferred.
  • Experience in Web2App user conversion delivery; familiarity with deep links and attribution tools (e.g., AppsFlyer OneLink) is preferred.
  • Strong data analysis capabilities, able to extract insights from complex data and develop clear optimization strategies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to efficiently promote projects in a cross-border remote team environment.
  • Strong execution and independent promotion capabilities, able to flexibly adjust strategies and promote project implementation in complex delivery environments.
  • Strong interest in the cryptocurrency, blockchain, and technology industries, with a focus on industry trends and a commitment to continuous learning.
