About The Role
This role is responsible for shaping and driving the development of compelling value propositions grounded in deep consumer insights, competitive intelligence, and market understanding. You will own the local portfolio and value proposition strategy for selected
categories, guiding a three-year proposition roadmap for the region. Working in close collaboration with China and India L4L teams, as well as I&D, design, digital, and global category teams, you will ensure propositions are aligned, differentiated, and consistently executed to meet both regional and global objectives.
The Impact You'll Make
- Translate brand and category strategy into sub-category strategy and roadmap and own the business case realization.
- Own the 3-Year proposition roadmap of the sub-category based on deep consumer understanding as well as competitor & retailer insights.
- Create distinctive value propositions including Product and Services.
- Ensure NPI's are delivered on time, on cost, on quality to APAC markets.
- Own the commercial briefs, Claims, legal and regulatory needs, work with all APAC markets to ensure business case creation, keep up with trends and developments in the category and R&R after launch.
- Ensure strong portfolio build-up and manage PLC effectively.
- Core Propositions: Brief design for creation of foundational toolkits and needs-based marketing asset creation in conjunction with central marketing team
The Skills And Knowledge You'll Bring
- Minimum 10-15 years experience in product marketing
- Knowledge in proposition development, consumer insights development, commercial acumen to manage regional business case Strong appreciation on marketing communication
- Fluent in English, knowledge of basic Chinese is an added advantage as you will be collaborating frequently with the China team.
