Division: Assembly and Test Equipment
. Develop new and manage existing customers for Kinergy's Assembly and Test Equipment business.
. Identify and pursue business opportunities with semiconductor assembly and test houses across Asia.
. Formulate and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer decision-makers.
. Collaborate closely with engineering and project teams to align equipment offerings with customer requirements.
. Represent the company in customer meetings, product presentations, and industry exhibitions.
. Minimum 5 years of experience in the semiconductor or electronics equipment industry.
. Proven 3-5 years track record in equipment sales to semiconductor assembly and test houses.
. Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics) with a strong technical background.
. Good network of contacts with semiconductor assembly and test customers in Asia.
. Strong business acumen, negotiation, and communication skills.
. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Word for preparing reports, quotations, and customer documentation.
. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
. Own transport required for customer visits.
