Job Title: Marketing Manager

About Us:
The client is a globally recognized name in precision optics and imaging technology, with a dedicated healthcare division focused on advanced ophthalmic diagnostic equipment.
This is a regional business support and management role, not a direct sales territory position. You will be the critical link between headquarters strategy and on-the-ground distributor execution across Asia - strengthening distributor performance, driving sales and marketing execution, and coordinating across internal functions to ensure the business runs smoothly and grows sustainably across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
Support business development activities across Asian markets through close collaboration with appointed distributors.
Contribute to regional sales and marketing strategy planning alongside APAC and global teams, consolidate market feedback and competitive intelligence to inform business decisions
Act as a business-oriented product expert for distributors, supporting basic technical and application-related inquiries and organizing product training sessions, working closely with internal technical teams.
Qualifications:
At least five years of relevant experience in medical devices, healthcare equipment, diagnostics, or B2B capital equipment, with direct experience working through distributors or channel partners rather than direct end-customer sales alone.
Ability to balance hands-on operational execution with a broader strategic perspective.
